'Paws 4 a Cause' seeking vendors for Whittier event WHITTIER - Sponsors are being sought for "Paws 4 a Cause" Canine-3K Walk/Run and Fashion Show scheduled for Sept.Windows 7 Professional Key,Windows 7 Professional Product Key 24 at the Palm Park Greenway Trailhead, 5703 Palm Ave. "Paws 4 a Cause" is a committee of the Whittier Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides support for programs that benefit the Whittier community. Sponsorships for the event are available at various levels. Depending on the level of sponsorship, benefits can include space in the event's program; business name and/or logo on the event's T-shirt; mile-markers; finish-line banner; name or logo on the foundation's website with a link, along with provision of an informational booth and complimentary admission. The sponsorships are: Great Dane, $1, 000; Golden Retriever, $750; Poodle, $500 and Chihuahua, $250. Vendors of all types can sponsor a booth. Individual vendor booths cost $100. The event will include a canine 3-K walk/run; a shorter run for smaller and/or older dogs; a dog fashion show; demonstrations and entertainment; along with opportunities for pet adoption from nonprofit animal service groups.
