Ed arrived right on time and began immediately to prepare our house for painting. He pressure-washed, sanded, primed, and rebuilt / repaired / replaced any rotten wood prior to painting. He made sure everything was completely covered to avoid getting paint in unwanted areas. He painted our exterior trim to match the existing color. He knew we were selling the house, so he kept an eye out for small details and looked at it from a buyer’s perspective, keeping the expense involved in mind.
