Basic Needs Construction and Painting serves the coastal communities from Topsham to Falmouth Foreside and inland from Falmouth to New Gloucester. We live in Pownal and are very active in Cumberland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Freeport, Durham, Gray and Brunswick.
