Sometimes there is a lot more to an exterior paint job than just painting. For example the white house above had a lot of problems when we looked at the old siding. Luckily I can fix these problems so that the new paint job and repairs will last many, many years. The lovely little cabin below had a big problem with mildew. I power washed it and scrubbed it with bleach and TSP. Then I stained it with a semi-transparent "waterborne" stain. What an improvement! Click on each picture to see it in more detail.
